Program Manager

The Big Picture:We are currently looking for a Program Manager to manage Howden Americas program of strategic initiatives and ensure that these projects are fully executed on-time, and to budget in support of delivering our 2020 vision breakthrough business plan. Our new colleague will be responsible for implementing the Howden Change Management methodology and other applicable tools to support successful execution of the Howden Americas Strategic Projects Program. Furthermore, the role will be leading the process of establishing and maintaining an appropriate governance process to ensure proper oversight of the strategic program and associated management reporting. The role is a hands-on position, in need of a candidate in possession of a practical can-do attitude. This newly established position will be reporting directly to the SVP of Howden AmericasWhat needs to be done: Support the definition, planning and management of all Strategic Program Initiatives, in line with Howden project and change management methodology and establish a robust governance process. Contribute to the process of ensuring that all breakthrough initiatives for the Howden Americas region align with the over-arching 2020 vision. Program Management Status Reporting: Ensure regular progress reporting for Strategic Programs; provide input documentation including summary reports and action logs to the Americas Leadership team. Change Management Interface: Work with all teams involved to collectively ensure change management activities are adequately considered throughout all phases of each project and that stakeholders are properly engaged and supportive of the program / projects and their objectives. Leadership: Provide the Leadership team with business advice, project support, mentoring and general guidance to support maintenance of an effective program management process. What do you need to bring:We expect that our new colleague will have significant Program Management experience gained from similar roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex strategic change programs. In addition to this, the right candidate will be degree level qualified and preferably possess experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Bachelor s degree, MBA preferable Experience in Major Change Projects managed in accordance with an accredited project management methodology and/or Howden Project Management methodology Program Management experience of organizational, cultural and/or systems projects Program Management experience of complex projects in parallel Demonstrable understanding of Program Management budgetary controls Demonstrable understanding of the key elements of change management and their importance in delivering projects successfully Influential across a matrix organization Tenacious in championing change culture within global businessWe can offer :As this is a newly established position, aimed at creating change and driving growth, there will be various opportunities for the right candidate to impact and influence the organization. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
